Oh my Baby by Annet van der Voort
A series of portraits of teenage-mothers with their first-born child. A wide range of emotions can be seen in the faces of the young mothers and their babies. The way these young girls hold their babies and present them to the camera tells the spectator about the many different, often very fragile relationships which exist between the young mothers and their first-born. This series also gives an insight to society today and the phenomenon of "children having children".
